I’ve been a fan of Sankalp in India since childhood, pure nostalgic memories of fun filled weekends with family! Over past 9 years, it’s been hard to find the same taste here in Texas! Sooo glad and grateful for this one opened in Austin not too long ago! My literally go to place! The variety and quality of food, service staff, cleanliness to ambience everything is consistent and unmatchable! The food is genuinely fingering licking good everytime! I’ve tried so many items here over the time. From South Indian Menu….Chettinadu Rice Cakes and Golden Crisp Dosa are my personal favs besides Idli Vada and Uttapama! PANI PURIIIIII, Gobi65, and Paneer Handi are a MUST try here!! I missed to click pics over time for all these items but may I will update the review here by adding them next time! Last but not the least, the staff here is professional, very friendly, attentive, and polite including Shree, Sweety, Rahul, Rupa, Prakash, and Prataap are very polite and friendly! (Yes, I have now made few friends here too! ) PS: Disclaimer: This is NOT a paid or sponsored review but from my personal experience coming here for last few months and many more to come!

To the chef: Kudos and thanks for great tasting food! We ordered paneer butter masala and diwani handi, and they were great. The diwani handi, we had asked for it to be spicy and it was truly and authentically well made. The naan and roti were great as well. Soft and well made. We were able to tear and eat easily!! The ambience in the restaurant is nice, and quite spacious. The service was pleasant as well. Simple, uncomplicated and nice! We went on a weekday for dinner and the place filled up quite quickly. Not surprised considering the taste and quality!

Just visited Sankalp and I’m already planning to go back (too many drinks left to try ). The food was packed with flavor—we had both the chicken curry and vegetable curry, and honestly, couldn’t pick a favorite. The Paneer 65 was a hit too, flavorful, and perfect if you’re looking for a solid vegetarian option. What really caught us off guard were the drinks. You don’t expect an Indian spot to have such a fun and impressive bar menu. My wife had the Mango Mastani, and it was next level creamy, refreshing, and just so good. The place has a cozy, modern vibe, service was fast and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. If you’re in the mood for Indian food that hits all the right notes (plus great drinks!), Sankalp is absolutely worth checking out.

We had a great experience at Sanklap. I highly recommend the Pav bhaji, Vada pav, sizzler brownie , thali. The dosa and idli selection is also good. But the chutney isn’t like authentic South Indian style. The ambiance and service are very good.

Very clean and nice place to eat food with friends and family. Their menu is very elaborate and there are plenty of things to like. Their Malai paneer Tikka was very soft and flavorful Amazing Street style hakka noodles, their flavor is the best so far I have had in Austin. manchiw soup, Chili momos, vada pav, Chinese bhel and tiki chat were also not bad. We tried their falooda as well. The richness of the nuts and I've cream was good, just that the falooda itself was not great. But their sweet plan is very very good!! But nothing to complain about. On top of that the staff was very good and the service was quick.

Loved this space. Ruth, our server was outstanding. Knowledgeable, and personable. The menu is quite diverse. Traditional Indian dishes are in the menu, and a number of other options mixed in. like Indian Asian. pizza like options, etc. We had Dahi Puri, cooked perfectly. texture variation was spot on. We had Lentil Donuts with dipping sauce. Vegaetable curry and Lamb curry. Garlic Naan perfectly done. Indian street corn was crunchy outside and sweet corn inside My Mango lassi was tastey. I finished off with pistachio Falooda (desert drink with ice cream, chia seeds, noodles, syrup.... ) outstanding. Falooda is hard to find up in the North East. this was a real treat to find such great falooda. they have a number of varieties of Falooda. I rarely give 5 stars. Had to here between Ruth our server and the quality of food. plenty of parking. nice quiet atmosphere.

Stopped by for Sunday brunch and had a great time. Our server, Aakriti, was amazing - very attentive and polite. Menu has a lot of options to choose from, and we decided to come back again to try some more dishes. Overall vibe was great!
